My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was ideal for my needs and the service was friendly and helpful, the rooms were somewhat disappointing with a muggy and dusty feel. The dining options were adequate but nothing special. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

The hotel seemed fine until I entered the bathroom, which needed updating and was not as clean as I would have liked, but the rooms were comfortable and clean overall. The service, especially from Roxanne, was exceptional, with the staff being fantastic, professional, and kind. The location was amazing, though the surrounding area didn’t look safe. The dining experience, while not the best, was perfectly prepared and served with a positive attitude. The facilities were decent, but there were some areas that needed improvement.
