My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was ideal for my needs and the service was friendly and helpful, the rooms were somewhat disappointing with a muggy and dusty feel. The dining options were adequate but nothing special. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were just not clean and a bit dusty, but they were simple to get to. The service was great and helpful, providing me with informative and friendly assistance. The location was wonderful, perfect for business, although there was much boisterous activity after normal 'quiet hours'. The dining experience was extremely subpar, not right to charge such a high price for what was offered.
The hotel seemed fine until I entered the bathroom, which needed updating and was not as clean as I would have liked, but the rooms were comfortable and clean overall. The service, especially from Roxanne, was exceptional, with the staff being fantastic, professional, and kind. The location was amazing, though the surrounding area didn’t look safe. The dining experience, while not the best, was perfectly prepared and served with a positive attitude. The facilities were decent, but there were some areas that needed improvement.
